Deposits are credited to your em77 account balance upon confirmation of receipt by em77's payment processing systems.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. em77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the em77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). em77 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
4.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to em77 constitutes a material breach of these Terms. em77 reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any funds subject to a chargeback.
5.1 General. em77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

6.4 Malfunctions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the em77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

9.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, em77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 Maximum Liability. In no event shall em77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your em77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Gambling Risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. em77 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling on the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.
10.1 By em77. em77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
10.2 By You. You may close your em77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14.4 Waiver of Class Action. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
